Pants that didn't fit and no refund offered
I emailed [email protected] to ask about returning them. It took three emails and me saying I'd leave a bad review before anyone wrote back. Then they wanted pictures of each pair showing the size and a picture of the package label. After more back and forth, they said since I got what I ordered, no refund. They offered me 10% of the price and said I could keep them. I've never heard of that before.
Ordered pants that came two sizes too small, only offered 20% refund
When they got here, both pairs were two sizes too small. I told them I want my money back, but they said they will only give me a 20% refund. I paid $34.36 for this stuff. That’s not fair. They won’t give me the whole amount back for something that doesn’t even fit.
