Paid deposit for a puppy and now tracking number seems fake

I contacted Maple Ridge Doxies through Facebook Messenger because I wanted a female mini Dachshund. We signed a contract and I paid a $300 deposit using Apple Pay. After a little while they stopped talking on Messenger and switched to email instead, [email protected].

We went back and forth through email for a bit. Then they said some personal stuff came up and they couldn't meet me anymore, but they said they'd pay for shipping instead. They told me the puppy was supposed to be delivered today through Kiwi Freight Express and gave me a tracking number: WPC00553871475-CARGO.

I clicked the link they sent and typed in the tracking number. All my info was there but it didn't show my city, state or zip code. I emailed them about that. Then I used Google AI to check if that tracking number or company was real and it said it wasn't.
