Website booking slots for our clinic that we never agreed to

There’s a website called mapleime.com that’s offering booking slots for our clinic online. They have all our clinic details listed. I checked it out and it pretended to book me in for slots that aren’t even available at all. We always book clients only by direct contact, we don’t use any booking webpage.

My appointment was confirmed to me by them. No one ever contacted us about using our details or offering these slots. This could lead to a bad reputation and losing clients because of this scam webpage. Also client information can be compromised since our immigration clients often don’t speak or understand English perfectly yet and can be very vulnerable.
