Phone call at work about wage garnishment with no company name

I got a call at work from a number with a local area code. I answered and this person asked if it was me. I said "what is this in regards to?" and they immediately said "this is in relation to a wage garnishment." They said they had tried to reach me multiple times via email and mail and phone but they never once mentioned a company name.

They transferred me to someone named Marco. I asked him the same thing, "what is this in regards to?" He said "let me bring it up..." and then just hung up on me.

I checked with our accounting office and asked if they had gotten anything about a wage garnishment. They said no, and that they would let me know if they did. Then they called back and left voicemails on my personal phone and work phone. They even called the operator line. My coworker picked up and she said she got a weird vibe from them. She told him to send the info to her email and he read back the wrong email address and hung up.
