YouTube ad for Nordstrom Rack turned out fake

I saw this ad on YouTube from Nordstrom rack and it looked so real I ordered some stuff. Never got anything though. My sister looked up the name that was on my email and told me it was flagged as fraudulent with the Better Business Bureau. I was pretty aggravated honestly. At least I only lost like $37 so it wasn't a ton of money. But still.
