Ordered clothes with two day delivery and still waiting

I wanted to buy some clothes from this website marcussa.com. I paid for 2 day delivery and it’s been about 2 weeks now and I still haven’t gotten my package. I spent 30.87 dollars on it. No one answers when I try to contact them. I just want my stuff or my money back.
