Ordered shoes from MarelleBoston, got something completely different

I ordered what was supposed to be a high-end shoe from MarelleBoston.com. They said they were a family-owned company from Boston, established for years. The shoes finally arrived and they were nothing like the photo. It was a completely different product.

When I complained, they offered a discount if I just kept the shoes. I refused and kept asking for a refund. After a lot of back and forth, they finally replied. They said if I want a refund, I have to pay international shipping and taxes to send the shoes back to China. But their website said they were from Boston. Now I find out they're actually based in China, with a shipping address in Queens, NY. I lost almost $75.

Ordered shoes from marelleboston, got fake plastic ones with no tags.

I placed an order on marelleboston.com. The total came to $332.19. When the items arrived, it was obvious they were all counterfeit. The shoes are just made of plastic. There are no tags on anything, no brand names.

I tried to contact their customer service using the support email, [email protected]. It's a fake account. There's no way to reach anyone. I can't get a reply or any help. The whole thing just feels like a complete scam.
