Charged $800 for a cruise after calling a number I found online

I was looking up a cruise line and called a number I found. A guy answered. He said because I'm 18, he'd have to make a special request for me to get a room. He took my information and then it charged my card for $800. He gave me a different name than Mr. Smith, which I forgot now. He told me I'd get an email but I never did.

So I called back and asked for him. The cruise line told me there's no one with that name who works there.
