Paid for an item but then they asked for more money for insurance

I found this person on Facebook, their email is [email protected]. They said they were in Pittsburgh, PA. I paid for something and after I paid the shipper they put a hold on the item and wanted another $100 for insurance. I think the shipper and the seller are the same person or working together. I lost $268.00 total and the item was never delivered. The phone number they used was (910) 258-4488.
