Ordered fabric and never got confirmation, then fake Citi bank call

I ordered fabric from Marineequipmentstore.com because they had a discount. Paid through PayPal and never got any confirmation of the order. There was no way to contact them. I tried emailing the address they had and it bounced back.

A few days later my credit card had several attempts to charge stuff on it. Then I got a call from someone saying they were from Citi bank. He said someone was trying to buy concert tickets in NJ for $1900 and wanted me to open my app and hit accept on a pop up. The weird thing is he actually got a pop up to open on my app for me to authorize payment. He said that would start the refund process.

I hung up and called Citibank myself. They said there was no $1900 charge pending but there were other fraudulent charges. I canceled my card.
