Got a call about a loan I never applied for

I got a call from 620-949-4450. It was a voicemail from someone named Marissa Morgan, saying she's a senior loan specialist with the loan review unit. She said she was assigned to my file and that I was almost approved for $67,000.

I have never applied for any loan with them. She left a callback number, 866-398-3898, and said to call back to finalize funding. This doesn't make any sense to me. I get calls like this all the time, almost daily, about loans I never asked for.
