Getting constant calls about a loan I never asked for

I keep getting repeated phone calls from this number, (866) 398-3898. It says it's from Centreville, MD. A person named Marissa who says she's a loan specialist keeps calling about approving my loan.

The thing is, I didn’t request a loan. Not at all. I’ve told them this.

I continue to deny the phone calls when they come in, but I still get the voicemail messages. It just doesn't stop.
