Getting calls about a loan I never asked for

I keep getting these phone calls from someone named Marisssa Morgan. She leaves this number to call back: 888-269-4978. But the calls themselves come from different numbers, like +1 (440) 254-2607 or +1 (440) 527-9531.

It's about some loan. I never applied for any loan. I don't know why she's calling me or how she got my number. It just doesn't make sense.
