Ordered a motor and transmission and lost almost four grand

I ordered a motor and transmission from someone named Maritza Pineda. Their website is called market place. I wired the first 1300 dollars through my bank using a wire transfer. Then this delivery company popped up and asked for 700 more, so I sent that through Zelle. Then they hit me up for another 1100 for permits. Said I would receive everything on July 3rd by 3:30, then they said by 5:30. That day came and went. I haven't gotten any information since.

The address they gave was 4571 Mayflower rd, Fostoria, OH 44830. The email was [email protected]. Total I lost was 3890 dollars. Just nothing after that last promise.
