Voicemail saying I won Reader's Digest sweepstakes but no letter came

A guy named Mark Benjamin keeps calling me. I didn't pick up the first few times so he left a voicemail. He said I was sent a letter about winning $5,500,000 from a Reader's Digest sweepstakes. I never got any letter.

In the voicemail he gave a number 315-367-8380 and said he was calling from Oneida, NY. He claimed they were registered with the BBB, FTC, IRS and Attorney General's Office. He gave me a claim number 052944 and said the money would go into Bank of America, Federal Reserve or Wells Fargo. Said it was too late Friday so he'd call today.

I missed a call earlier but he just left another voicemail wanting me to call back. I didn't give him anything and he never asked for money but said the IRS would take 1%. I tried getting an app to use on the call but not sure if it worked.
