Ordered shorts that didn’t fit and they refused my return

I bought 6 pairs of shorts from a Facebook website. When they didn’t fit I tried to follow their return guidelines. Should have trusted my gut because they made it so hard. Took about 3 weeks of emails back and forth just to get them to let me send the shorts back.

They kept asking for my measurements like length and inseam and hip size which felt weird. First they offered me 30% off to keep the shorts. I said no I want my refund. Then they offered 50% and then 75% off. I kept refusing and they finally gave me a return address.

So I mailed the package back. Today June 17 2026 I got a notice from USPS saying MarkandHouston refused the package and it’s coming back to me. So now I’m out $125.98 and have nothing. Their email is [email protected] and their address is 7301 Shallford Rd Mississauga ON Canada.
