Ordered shoes in May and still nothing, no refund either

I bought shoes from Marley Shoes website back in early May. Then about two weeks later I got an email asking how my delivery was. So I wrote them back and said I never got the shoes and I either want them delivered or my money back.

They said my complaint was "escalated" or whatever. That was it. Still no shoes, no refund.

I told them I was going to file a complaint here and they still did nothing. I just don't want other people to get tricked by them like I did.
