Got a text from a roofing company that doesn't seem to exist

I got a text to my personal cell phone. They used my first name, which was from Marshfield Roofs. I'm not thrilled when a real company uses that kind of tactic, but it's worse when the company name isn't even real.

The text said, "[MyFirstName], it's Sam with Marshfield Roofs. We are working near [Address on my street near mine] this week doing free roof quotes, want one?" I tried to look them up and no such company can be found. The number was (954) 905-7677 and they listed an address in Marshfield, WI. It just feels off.
