Website selling farm equipment asked for a wire transfer to a personal address
When we got to the payment part, they asked me to wire the money. But the bank details were for a bank in California. The beneficiary name was for a person at a residential apartment address in Sherman Oaks, 14150 Riversied Drive Apt 515. They also used the email [email protected].
It just felt off. A business asking for a wire to a personal address like that didn't make sense. I didn't send any money, but the whole thing seems like a scam.
