Someone used my address to start a business without asking me

I got a letter in the mail about some LLC called Marthas Laundry LLC. I never heard of it. Turns out someone used my address to register it. I live in Philadelphia, PA 19124.

I didn't sign up for this. I don't know who did it or why. No money lost I guess but it's just weird having my address tied to something I never agreed to. Feels like identity theft or something. I just want it off my name and address.
