Paid six hundred dollars for a dog that never came

I found this rescue on Facebook. They said they had rescued dogs and I filled out an application to reserve one. They sent me pictures and videos of the dog. The guy said he was a pastor. He used the names Mr. Jake Potter and Martina Potter. I got photos of the dog with toys and bedding. It all felt real at the time.

Then I made the last payment for the Nanny dog delivery. That was six hundred dollars. The shipping company called Cargo Transit Express sent me an email with a website and a tracking number to follow the dog named Molly. Then I got a note saying they were stopped at TSA because of a specialized electronic pressurized crate holding up her shipment. I called and emailed the shipper and after I looked up their website I realized they were a scam too.
