Ordered a jacket and got a cheap fake instead

I ordered a specific brand jacket from their website, Marveljacket.com. When it showed up it was obviously fake, like not even close to the real thing. The sizing was totally off, way too small.

I tried to ask them for return info through their email, [email protected], but they made it really hard to figure out how to send it back. Kept giving me unclear answers. Just want to return it.
