Ordered sandals online, got cheap fakes with a chemical smell
What I got were these cheap, low-quality shoes shipped from China. They had a horrible chemical and plastic smell. They're clearly counterfeit.
I wrote to the owner at [email protected] and asked for a return label and a refund. They told me my options were to get a 5% refund and just keep the shoes, or I could pay to ship them all the way back to China myself. Only after an "inspection" over there would they decide if I could get a refund. That doesn't make any sense. I just want my money back for these fake, smelly shoes.
