Ordered from a boutique and nothing showed up

I ordered from Mary Myrtle Beach boutique and spent $144.44. The order never showed up. When I check the email it just shows an order number 1747 but I do not want to open anything else from them. Nothing came in the mail. No tracking or anything. I just want my money back or the stuff I paid for.
