Ordered clothes that were way too big and no refund given

I ordered from Mary & Susan Savannah and it was a total scam. They are running this thing out of China but they make it look like two widows in Georgia running a small business. I got two items and they were both way too big. I followed their return policy and asked for a refund.

They wanted me to send pictures showing the size difference but I said no. I checked my bank statement and the transaction just disappeared so I cant even fight it with the bank. Now they emailed me saying they will give me a free product of my choice if I pay $14.95 shipping. I know I lost the money but I wanted to put this out there so other people know.
