Overall order from Facebook ad turned out bad
I tried to return them and got an email saying I could just keep them and order another size for 9.95. But I didn't want another size, I wanted my money back. They told me it would cost $30-40 to ship back because the warehouse is in China, or they could refund just 10% of what I paid to my original payment method.
Looked at my bank statement and the charge shows up as Whop from Frankfort GA which doesn't even make sense. Do not buy from this company.
Ordered something and now the site won't even load
At first I could actually track it but now I can't see anything at all. There's no phone number to call or anything. I'm out the money and have no way to reach them.
Blouses and dress from boutique in Georgia turned out to be cheap
I emailed them asking for a refund. Every time they wrote back it was a different excuse why I couldn't get my money back. First they said their only warehouse is in China. Then they said the items were on clearance. Then they said the shipping charges would be over $50 to send them back. They offered me 25% refund but I'm worried now because they have my Mother's credit card info. Total scam.
Paid for a product online and never got it
Order took three weeks and quality was terrible, return policy is a joke
So I tried to return it and their policy is ridiculous. You have to pay to ship it back to China, they said it would cost like $30-40. Then you have to declare the value as less than $10 or it gets held up in customs. And you only have 30 days to do all that.
Or they said they would give me a 10% refund and I keep the thing I don't want. That's not customer service. This place is a sham.
Ordered from a site that looked US-based but shipped from China
When I first tried to cancel and get a refund I used their online form. They responded quick at first but gave me nothing useful. Just the same stuff. I’ve been asking every day for return info and they just ignore me now.
I know I should’ve looked into it more before buying. But seeing how many other people have complained I’m surprised this site is still up.
Website claiming two older women make clothes is a scam
When I got the package it was cheap factory made clothes from somewhere else. Nothing like the pictures. I tried to email them at [email protected] about their 30 day guarantee but they refused the return. Would not do anything. So it is just a scam.
Ordered blouses that don't fit, now they want me to pay to ship to China
They gave me an address in China. The postage is like $25 to $35 just to return them. That's almost what I paid. So they said they'd give me a 20% refund and I could keep the blouses. I asked for their corporate address so I could file a complaint and now they won't answer me. Just ghosted.
