Still taking money out every month for something I never got

I ordered a foot messenger from them and never got it. I sent emails trying to get my money deposited back in my account. I told them I never got anything from them but they just keep taking different amounts out of my account every month around the 27th.

It’s been going on for a while now. I lost about 83 dollars and some change. They have a website called Mascot Massenger and an email [email protected]. I don’t know what else to do. They just keep taking money and I have nothing to show for it.
