Ordered 4XL underwear but got something the size of a small

I ordered men’s 4xl underwear from Mason Clothing and what they sent me was the size of a men’s Small. I mean it’s not even close. Completely unusable. I tried to find a way to contact them about a return but there’s no phone number or anything on their site. Their address is 16 Overmeyer Way Suite 16B Forest Park, GA and their email is [email protected] but I haven’t gotten any reply. I’m out $75.00 for something I can’t even wear.
