Charged for patches that didn't work, refund never came

I bought some back patches from massage-lab.com that didn't work at all. Then they took $31.67 out of my bank account. I didn't order anything else and I never subscribed to anything.

I canceled whatever it was they said they were sending me. They told me they'd refund the money, but that was about two weeks ago now. Nothing's come back.

I've got their email, [email protected], and they're supposed to be in Miami, FL. Still no refund.
