Ordered a circuit breaker finder kit but got sent a cheap socket tester

I saw an ad on Facebook and ordered a circuit breaker finder kit. The money came out of my account, over $60. What showed up was just a basic socket tester, the kind that's maybe worth ten bucks. The pictures I'm including show what I was supposed to get, the KT301P, and then this socket tester they actually sent me. I never got the kit I paid for.
