Ordered skincare but got prostate vitamins instead

I ordered a skin care product from a website, I think it was match.com but honestly the whole thing was confusing. They sent me prostate care vitamins instead. I didn't order that. So I decided to return everything.

Now I can't find the return receipt. The phone number they gave was (646) 345-1288 and there was an email, [email protected]. The address on the package said Florence, KY 41022. I spent about $278 on this. I just want my money back but without that receipt I don't know what to do. They haven't replied to my emails.
