Paid for training sessions I never got and now she won’t answer

I paid this person $185 for some training sessions. I never got them. That was two months ago and I've been calling and texting her over and over but she just won't reply.

I already told her I'm dealing with a medical thing right now and it's been costing me a lot. So I really just want my money back for the sessions she didn't provide. Her number is (347) 462-5379 and she gave an address on Saint Nicholas Avenue in New York but nothing works.
