E-bike order never showed up and no refund

I ordered an e-bike with a helmet from this website matesras.com and it's been 2 and a half weeks now and nothing has shown up. I paid 100 dollars for it and I just want my money back.

I've tried emailing them at [email protected] and also [email protected] but I haven't got any reply. The address they have listed is in TX but I don't even know if that's real.

This whole thing feels off. I just want my money back for something I never got.

Paid for an e bike and never got anything

I ordered an e bike from matesras.com. The price was around 40 dollars which seemed like a good deal. I paid it and that was it. I never got any tracking number or anything like that.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote me back. The website is just gone now I think, I can't even log in anymore. I just want my money back but I don't think that's going to happen. I'm out the 38.99 and have nothing to show for it.

Ordered a bike from a website that never came

I ordered a bike from this website matesras.com because they had it for a really low price. It was $47.99. I thought it was a good deal so I went ahead and bought it.

That was a while ago and the bike never showed up. I tried to find a way to contact them but there is no phone number or email or anything on the site. No way to get a hold of anyone. So I just lost my money I guess.

Paid for an order and got a fake email about shipping

I ordered something from this website matesras.com and paid $40. They sent me an email from [email protected] saying it shipped but it never came. The address they had was in HK.

The email looked real at first but now I think it was fake. I never got any package and they won't reply to me. Just took my money and sent a fake tracking thing.

Ordered from a clearance store and never got anything back

I ordered from a site called matesras.com, it was a clearance store thing. I placed order number 12210 and paid $43.89. They sent me a confirmation email from [email protected] saying my order was confirmed.

That was it. Never got the item, never got any shipping update. I tried to see if I could reach them but there’s no phone number or address anywhere on the site. Just the email that doesn’t reply. So I just lost the money. Never responded or sent anything after that.
