Ordered a ring and got a cheap-looking item, no reply to emails
What I got was a cheap looking ring. It wasn't what I expected at all. I tried to email them about it but got no response.
After that, I found a lot of poor reviews for this place. I should have looked first before I bought anything.
Ordered jewelry from their website, got cheap trinkets instead
They claim they offer refunds, but they never even gave me an order number or a confirmation. When I asked about returning it, they said I had to ship it to China. That would have cost me almost $25 just for postage, with no promise I'd even get my money back.
This whole thing is clearly a scam. The jewelry is fake and their return policy is impossible.
