Ordered an iron bed online and no one will talk to me

I ordered an iron bed online from Matriae. It was supposed to be delivered by June 1. Mid June I tried to contact them by phone, email and the form on their website. It took weeks for someone to call me back on my cell. He said they couldn't guarantee when it would arrive. He said "Craftsmanship like this cannot be timed perfectly."

Now it is mid-July and they haven't returned my emails or calls again. I did get one email saying my bed would ship soon but then I never heard from the delivery service. I called, emailed, texted and filled out their contact form again. Nothing.

I tried putting a comment on their Facebook page and they took down all their content so my comment was gone. It has been a nightmare. I also contacted Wesley Allen Beds since this is supposed to be their distributor. Never heard back. I reported fraud to my credit card company yesterday.
