Got a text about shrink wrapping from someone with no real business

I got a text about shrink wrap services from this guy. His number is (269) 325-5094 and he uses the email [email protected]. He lists an address in Paw Paw, MI but it seems like it's not a real business location.

This person is just operating on his own, no registered business name or LLC or anything. He's not even claiming this income he's making. The whole thing feels off. He's undercutting the normal prices by a lot just to get customers, which isn't fair. It takes work away from the actual legitimate companies around here who are following the rules.
