Call saying I was approved for a loan I never applied for

Some guy named Maximilian called me from (877) 529-2163. He said I was approved for a loan that I had applied for. But I did not apply for any loan.

I don't know where they got my info. I didn't lose any money but it still felt really weird. They just called out of nowhere.
