Paid for a lawn mower and got a fake tracking number

I ordered an autonomous robotic lawn mower from Maxshoes store. The website looked fine and I paid $248.

They sent me a tracking number through SHV Express shipping. But when I checked it, nothing was actually shipped. It was just a fake number. The item never came. I never got any real package.

Now the website email is just a Shopify email address and I can’t get anyone to respond. I lost my money.
