Ordered a dress from Mayberry and return policy is a nightmare

Don’t buy from this company before you read their return policy. I ordered a large size dress which was very large and decided it needed to go back. I wasn’t happy with the material but decided that didn’t matter because I’m returning the dress. I sent Mayberry an email requesting a refund. After many emails (18 to be exact) and many negotiations I was able to get a 25% refund and I could keep the unwearable dress. I accepted this percentage due to the fact that they were not negotiating on the refund other than 25%.

Break down if I chose to return: $19.20 or more to mail back dress, 15% restocking fee and fill out an international customs form. This is half of the total of the dress. The least this company could have done is offered a 50% refund. But they would not consider this as a good faith customer satisfaction remedy. Just beware when you order!!! And don’t think for one minute that returns will be easy.

Ordered a wool coat from Mayberry but got a cheap polyester jacket instead

I saw Mayberry advertising nice clothes and coats online, saying they're from North Carolina. So I ordered what was supposed to be a beautiful long wool overcoat.

What showed up was this short jacket made of 100% recycled polyester. The sleeves were way too short, practically up to my elbows. The material was the worst quality polyester, it made my skin itch just touching it.

I tried calling the phone number they list, but it's just a busy signal. I also emailed them at [email protected] and got no reply at all. I paid $136 for this and got a cheap jacket that isn't what I ordered.
