Ordered a Zara dress from a place that was not in North Carolina at all

I ordered a Zara dress in white from Mayberry NC. Thought it was in North Carolina but it came from China. Took weeks to get here.

When it finally arrived there was no brand on it. The quality was just awful. Puckered threads everywhere and the colors did not match at all. It looked nothing like the picture.

Now they will not give me a refund. Only store credit or 10% back but I have to pay restocking fees. And I have to pay to ship it back to another country. This whole thing is a nightmare. I see now this has happened to a lot of people. They are selling complete lies.
