Ordered orthopedic shoes from Mayberry site, now company is gone
Well they shipped from China and when they got here they were super flimsy. Nothing like the support they advertised. So I started the return process and it took a bunch of emails just to get authorization to send them back. Then I had to pay $50 to ship them to China which was in their policy. My order made it through customs in China on April 23, 2026.
I waited and reached back out because I still haven't gotten my refund. Now the website is gone and the email [email protected] just bounces back. The company doesn't exist anymore so I have no way to get my $200 back.
