Ordered a dress from Mayberryway and got a cheap costume instead
The address on the website says somewhere in WY. When I complained they only offered me 60% store credit or a 10% refund, and they said I didn't have to ship it back because it was an international shipment.
I lost $49.95 on this.
Website looks nice but clothes come from China
The clothes were cheap synthetic material, super thin fabric, and the belts were plastic. Nothing matched what I thought I was buying. I lost $100 on this.
I tried emailing [email protected] about it but the whole thing just feels like a scam. The site looks legit but what you get is junk.
Boots took over a month and are cheap pleather
So I tried to do a return. I got these weird responses back saying it's too expensive to return, or I can keep the boots and get a 60% credit, or I can send them back at my own cost and only get a 10% refund. That doesn't even make sense. They also made me send a picture and list multiple reasons for the return.
The company isn't even in the States, the address they list is different. And the phone number on their site doesn't work. I'm out my money, I've just accepted that now. I really wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
