Text about a loan from someone named Nancy using my wrong name
Thing is, I never made any loan request. And she used my maiden last name as my first name in the text, like “Hi [Smith]” when my first name isn’t even Smith. That felt off.
She asked if she could call me now, and gave the other number to call or reply with a time. I didn’t call or reply. I don’t know who Mayline is or why they’d be texting me about a loan. No money lost, but it was weird.
