Text about a loan I never asked for with a name close to mine

I got a text from someone saying they were Nancy from Mayline. The weird thing is they used a name that’s almost mine but not exactly. I have a pretty unique name so it caught me off guard. The text said something about a loan request I supposedly made. I never made any loan request. They wanted me to call a different number at (855)417-7888. The number that sent the text was (949) 527-6312. I didn’t call them. It felt strange so I just ignored it.
