Text messages about a loan I never applied for

I got two texts from someone named Stephanie saying she wanted to review my loan application. She asked if she could call me both times. I said no.

I looked up Mayline USA online and found the ScamPulse page about it. So I just filled out this questionnaire instead. Didn't lose any money but it felt off.
