Ordered berberine patches thinking they were from Mayo Clinic

I ordered those berberine patches from I thought the Mayo Clinic. Nope, these are about the size of a dime, so I knew they weren't the right ones. The box is the size of package of gum, really small.

I actually opened one, and tried it, it doesn't even stick!!!! And to top it off, I got 5 extra boxes. The address on it is 4733 Melton Rd, Gary, IN 46403, USA. I lost $77.00 on this.

Please........don't order off line like I did!!!!
