Ordered sandals and got charged twice with nothing delivered

I ordered 1 pair of sandals for $29.99 with free shipping. They charged me that $29.99 and then on the same day they charged me another $39.93. No sandals ever showed up. I emailed them and got no response. Their website is Mazzhkepw.com and the phone number they used was (315) 993-5721. Lost $69.92 total.
