Got a weird text about a debt collection case I know nothing about

I got a text message saying my case was escalated because of a lack of contact. It said to avoid further collection actions, I had to call 844-607-9115. The text came from a number I don't know, (239) 516-7035.

I have no idea what this is about. I don't have any case with them. I never got any other messages or letters about this. It just showed up out of the blue.

I texted "Stop" to try and opt out. That's all I did. I didn't call the number. The whole thing felt off.
