Got a threatening text about a case I know nothing about.

I got a text message today about some case number MB3233680. It said it was from Angela Locke and that my lack of contact has escalated the case. It told me to call 844-607-9115 to avoid collection actions.

I have no idea what this is about. I never signed up for anything from them. The text came from a regular number and said to text STOP to opt out. The whole thing felt off. I don't owe any money and I don't recognize this case number at all. It just seems like a scam to get me to call that number.
