Letters about a McAfee bill for my mother who doesn’t own a computer

I have gotten at least four letters now about some McAfee unit and a bill for $345.00. The letters are in my mother’s name but she does not have a computer and she never ordered anything from McAfee. The phone number on the letters is for someone called Kopodeshkoplem.

The gentleman on the phone keeps insisting I ordered this item from McAfee. He even asked if my mother has a computer. I told him she doesn’t and she has no information about using any McAfee equipment. The reference number they gave is 9481849113.

I also notified Norton because this whole thing feels suspicious. The party wants to open the account again which is just a lie.
